Donta Finney is a certified personal trainer and the creator of "PIP" short for Pain in the Park. Donta was my coach the year I lost 40# and fell in love with fitness. He is incredibly passionate about helping people get in shape. He has an honesty and empathy that makes him both an extreme motivator and effective coach.
